Hello, my phone broke down suddenly the other day. Initially, the home button was not working. I turned the device off and on in the hope that it would be okay. A text appeared on the screen telling me to go to the service that touch ID is not working. Also, assistive touch was activated. I restarted the device with panic. It did not improve, but this time I turned off the assistive touch with nonsense and continued to use the device for a short time. What happened when I restart the device saying maybe it has improved? My phone has never turned on. More precisely, the Apple logo closes and re-opens immediately after it appears, and the logo reappears and closes. I think it was called the Apple logo bootloop. I also failed when I tried to install software via the device iTunes. I am starting the serial number while working on iTunes, but it warns that it is necessary to recover. When the software is downloaded and installed, iTunes has been installed successfully, phone will be restarted, but the previous problem still continues. I have tried several times but it did not happen. When I finally gave it to the Apple service, we couldn’t install the software, so he said we had to change the device for a fee. I did not accept it and came back. Do you think I can repair this phone myself or do I have a chance to repair it cheaper? Thanks. (Sorry for low level English)
This could be a battery problem but the first thing I would try is opening the screen and disconnecting the home button connector on the motherboard and see if it will boot. If it doesn’t boot remove the front facing camera connector from the motherboard and try again. If it boots with the home button flex disconnected you either have a problem with the home button flex from the screen to the motherboard or the home button assembly itself. If it is a faulty home button flex from the screen to the motherboard you will need a new screen. If it is the home button assembly you will need to purchase a universal home button.
