Has it always been blurry ?Is this a condition that has just started . does the other camera, rear facing camera , take clear shots ? check it for protective lens covers , fingerprint smudge or grease. Do you have a screen protector on the camera? If so does it cover the camera and if it does then you should try removing it and taking a picture. Hope one of these ideas helps
