When I was charged my Device it stuck on charging logo when I press volume down and power on key then it stuck on charging logo but it is not starting
Volume down and power is usually download mode for Odin. Try pressing and holding volume up and power for 20 to 30 seconds. If it works you should get a screen with different options. Scroll to clear cache then press power to select it. Click yes again if asked are you sure then select restart or start phone. Try that, hope it helps.
