Hi, My MacBook Air 2010 screen flickers everytime I move it up and down, and sometimes it will change colour. Do I need to replace the Display? or is it a faulty cable? or something else? I’ll wait for your answers, TIA
Hard to tell from what you’ve stated here. I would pop off the bottom cover and inspect the display connector as seen here:
You’ll want to follow the IFIXIT guide: MacBook Air 13" Late 2010 Display Assembly Replacement. Go through Steps 1 thru 3, then jump down to Step 20. Is the connector have any corrosion or the wire locking bale not seated?
