My Dell laptop is not turn on. When i press power button, button light on and off but laptop not turn on. Please help me. I already connect charger and check.
Hi,
- Check it with other charger
- Remove the battery and try to power on it only with charger (may be you have a bad battery)
- With removed battery and charger, press and hold the power button for around 30s. to reset the BIOS
- If you can, charge the battery on other laptop (may be you have a problem with the charger or the charging port) If this not help you, you have a hardware problem. Regards.
