I bought an canvas spark 3 And everything in it was flawless but it is not identifying any micro sim card probably due to some hardware problem. Can I replace its sim card slots as both of them have to be changed? Can u please give me details of any service center in rampur bushahr as I can only reach there as I live in a remote place (punan) nankhari please I’m stuck please help me and tell me the budget as well please.
Hi, If you just bought it take it back (if you can) and get it changed under warranty as it is faulty. If that is not an option then before you go replacing the slots (and voiding your warranty) try the following: Place a cut to size piece of paper on the back of the SIM card (non contact side) and then insert the card (+paper) into the card slot. Hopefully this will increase the “pressure” that the SIM card exerts on the pins and make a better contact If you make it the same width but longer then at least you can pull it out if it doesn’t work, if that makes any sense.
