I dropped my iPod rightbon the screen on concrete. Now when I go to touch or scroll up or down its not working? please help
Jocelyn, possible a loose connection, or (most likely) a broken digitizer. Of course you also want to start trying a hard reset. If that does not work, use these guides to disassemble your iPod and make sure all the ribbon cables are properly connected. Check for any obvious damage. If that does not work, use the same guides to replace the complete front assembly. Hope this helps, good luck.
