I’ve tried charging my device and it still wont turn on. What should I do to solve this issue?
Assuming that the tablet is charged you can attempt a hard reset of the tablet by hitting the reset button located on the back of the device. You will need to use a paperclip or an item of similar diameter to push the reset button. If this has not solved the issue check out the device troubleshooting page.
