My Black and Decker LI4000 Type 5 Screwdriver shows to be charging, but it suddenly didn’t work when I took it off the charger and tried to use it.

Hi, Have you checked that the forward/reverse slider is not in the “locked position? What direction is shown in the display window when you turn it on and try to use it?
