My remote was working fine then one day it just stopped. I’ve changed the batteries in my remote and even tried universal remotes. Nothing works and I don’t know what else to do.

Hi @bunnzike , Have you ensured that the remote control receiver window in the TV is not being blocked by anything, preventing the signal from the remote control being received?

(click on image to enlarge for better viewing). If it is not blocked then perhaps the IR receiver in the TV is faulty and needs to be replaced. What is the exact model number of the TV? (found on label on back of TV)
