Ok, so my friend dropped my iPhone 5s and I went to restart it cause the keyboard was not working, when it turned on I was tapping my screen to enter my code and it won’t work.. It’s like my screen is dead.. What can I do :(
Kenasia, possibly a dislodge cable connector or a broken digitizer. You may want to try a hard reset and/or restore. If that does not resolve it, get it repaired/replaced under warranty if you can. If not, then you will have to replace the display assembly. Hope this helps, good luck.
