Chosen Solution
So my phone has been acting weird for the last few days, everytime I try to turn it on it just vibrates and the screen turns grey and it vibrates again and the grey screen goes away. This is the same thing that happens when I try to put it to charge by the way. I pulled the battery out many times and it still didn’t work, I cant try a hard or factory reset because it will just vibrate twice and the screen will go grey. Please help!
@isaacthehorse possibly a bad battery. I’d start with replacing the battery. It will also give you a know-good point to start should further troubleshooting become necessary. I recognize this is an old question, just answering it for completion sake
