we got the complete kit and followed the directions. when we plugged the charger in all we get is a white screen. what could we have done wrong or missed
Like Aaron said, try with the original to see if it’s the same. Before you do that, and this might sound silly, but perform a reset on the iPad (Home + Power). I have seen this behavior myself.
