This phone isn’t even included in the device list. I’m extremely woried as I own such a device with a shattered screen and entirely not working touch screen. I’ve written about my issue before but I’ll copy it here as well. I slightly cracked my z3+ from a 2 foot fall. On top of the absurd circumstances that the screen cracked do the area around the cracks the touchscreen didn’t work. Even worse was that Half of the touchscreen on the opposite half of the crack. A week later I dropped the phone from a similarly low height and it shattered completely. This time I dropped in on a soft carpet. Both drops happened while wearing a silicone case, and the impact was on the sides. I’m surprised by how easily the screen broke. And I’m terrified reading when stories about unsuccessful repairs.
I’m sorry there isn’t much for your phone on here. Hopefully we can get that fixed for you soon! I did find this though. The goes step by step and shows you exactly what to do.
Also, here is the part. If you end up doing the repair, the best thing is to take your time and try not to stress about it. I remember when I first started working on phones and it was scary, but it’s totally worth learning!
