I had my phone for almost 3 years and it was fine, until now that suddenly, I started seen this red, purple and yellowish spots in the corners of my phone and they looked as pressured spots . How can This be fixed? It began after the phone case in my phone broke and it spilled this oil that got just a little bit inside the speakers, then I cleaned it off and the sound was normal, but the next day some spots started to appear and now everyday I wake up and there’s a new spot in a different place of the phone (corners). Could it be oil inside the LCD?

Yes, it sounds like you have answered your own question :-). Although the phone is water resistant, the liquid that came out of the case may be able to sneak it’s way in, possibly even damaging the seal. The screen may be permanently damaged by the oil. You can wait a few days to see if the screen gets better or worse. If it doesn’t get better, then you will have to replace the screen. You can do this yourself by following this guide or having it looked at by an independent repair shop. Apple will not touch a liquid damaged device. Keep in mind however that this oil/liquid may cause additional damage so it is probably a good idea to have the insides cleaned. Apple will not do this either.
