Yesterday I turned on my computer and after getting the Asus logo and the spinning circle then I only get a blank screen with a cursor.
Hi, If you are using Win10 try the following: Start you laptop, when it ‘hangs’ power down the laptop by holding the Power button until it shuts down. Do this two (2) more times. By the 3rd attempt Windows should start in the Windows Recovery Environment. Select Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Start Up repair Alternatively see if Windows can start in Safe Mode. Using the same procedure as above select Startup Settings in lieu of Start up Repair. When in Startup Settings select any of the options 4,5 or 6 and press enter and see if Windows will start in safe mode.
