I shine a flash light on the TV and I see the picture. Is it the lamps?

@jazzyjaz97 entirely possible that this is caused by a failed backlight. Measure the output from your power board to the LED’s and if you do have power appropriate for the LED’s than it is time to disassemble your panel and try a new set of LED backlight strips.
