Chosen Solution
I bought this printer last year and never touched it or took it out of the box until now. The printer is brand new. I set up the internet connection without any problem. However, I started printing and all of a sudden, the printer turned off by itself. I tried turning it back on but would not turn on. I even tried changing plugs to see if the plug is the problem. What can I do to fix this printer?
1- Unplug AC cable 2- Hold Power button for 5 seconds (Keep holding it) 3- Plug AC while you hold Power button 4- Wait 10 more seconds and Power should come on If that does not work after 2-3 tries, return it to the store or toss it out.
