Hello there I have an Iphone 5 ho was fully emerged in the toilet. After cleaning everything and replacing the battery he came back to life. However the screen was not working anymore, but when i hoocked it on to the computer Itunes detected my Iphone. I even dit a software update so the device clearly works. Now I bought a broken screen that still worked on the internet but still no nothing. Does anybody know what the problem could be? Thank you!
Did you allow the iPhone to dry out before turning it on? If you didn’t allow enough time, it’s quite possible that you shorted the circuits that control the screen.
