As I was taking pictures in low light conditions, my flash would not turn on. I was still able to capture images, but they were terribly dim.
Hi, Have you ensured that the ‘mode’ that you are using allows the flash to operate? If the flash is not working on your camera, the first thing to do is to make sure the flash is enabled. This can be easily done by finding the correct setting in the camera’s menu.
