I had a customer come in with an s20 ultra for a screen replacement. LCD & glass were damaged but you could still use the device & make phone calls. I did a pre test & the earpiece was working fine. After doing the repair the earpiece no longer worked. I can make phone calls and the other person can hear me but I can’t hear them. I then put it back in its original housing and the earpiece didn’t work anymore. Any help or tips?
It seems it’s quite obvious there’s an issue with the ear speaker. Replace it.
