My Kenmore dishwasher model number 665.13939K013, flashes 4 times blue and green at the same time. It won’t work. Every time I touch anything or open it, it flashes those 2 lights at the same time 4 times.
Rox - clean light blinking 4x on your model means there is an error with the wash motor circuit. Unplug or turn the breaker off for 1 minute. If it still blinks you’ll need to do some troubleshooting with a multimeter. If you are familiar with using a multimeter the tech sheet is located on the left side of to kick plate (bottom front) a screw on each side will need to be removed. Check the motor windings, all connects and any fuses.
Kenmore Models without a digital display signal error codes by flashing the Clean light in a pattern unique to the error. The light first flashes the Function code, pauses for 2 seconds, and then flashes the Problem code. For example, 6 flashes followed by 1 flash (6-1) means “Inlet Water” function, “The electronic control doesn’t detect water entering the dishwasher tub” problem.
