My screen where the color black should be is red and fuzzy
Matt Okuly you want to check all inputs i.e. HDMI, Cable, Component etc. and see if that makes a difference. Of course you also want to ensure that all of your setting are reset to normal. If all that checks out and your screen still shows the same then call up an on screen menu. See what that looks like. If that is normal it is possibly a bad T-con board. If it is not, then it is most likely a bad panel. We may have more information if you can provide us with a model number for your TV. In order for us to see what your boards etc. Look like you want to unplug your set, remove the back off it and take plenty of pictures. Post those with your question by using this guide
