i have whirlpool duet washer machine. The rubber around the door becomes black and then it gets the clothes dirty when I take them out of the machine. I tried to clean it but it’s never end. why is it become dirty and What should i do? tnx

Hi @oren , Here’s a link that explains why it happens. Here’s a link that may help in how to clean the door seal. The relevant section in the user guide for your washing machine doesn’t give much help in what to do. It may be that the seal is too far gone to get properly clean and may have to be replaced. What is the model number of your washing machine?
