Chosen Solution
I rescently purchased the Whomping willow tree game from the Harry Potter range. When I had put in new batteries and fully assembled the tree then pressed the start button. The nosies were like only thing that was happening it just wouldn’t move.
Its the motor, try to move the tree back in forth and see if it will start up, if you here any grinding turn it off the motor is burning out, and needs to be replaced.
