Hi, Does it only occur when using Skype or does it happen when using other applications as well?

  1. If only when using Skype, try the following Sign in to your Skype account. Click on Tools > Options > Video settings. Select Webcam Settings and then click on the Advanced tab. Under Image Mirror, ensure that Mirror Horizontal & Mirror Vertical is unticked
  2. If it occurs when using other programs as well try updating the webcam’s drivers. Here is a link to a video that shows how to do it. Hopefully this is of some help.

Hi i just wanna share my experience about that because I check the webcam in ubuntu the result is the same must of the time webcam is defective and needs to change.
