So i was playing with my ps4 when suddenly the screen goes black but i could hear the gamd.i tried to unplug/plug the power cord/AV/hdmi,turn the tv on/off,but its not working.can somebody help?
Hi @helio_ , Here’s a link to the service manual for the TV. On p.14 of the manual you’ll find the Troubleshooting Power-up boot check flowchart. It is very useful as it details what voltage values to check for and where, which will help to determine where the problem may be.
