Before, my baby is about to break my tablet (for no reason) but my tablet has no crack. But now it has no sound! Only my brother’s tablet has sound! I switched the owner for good! What I am going to do!? Please help me!
Hi, Check that the audio profile has not been set to Silent. Go to Settings > Device > Audio profiles to enter the profile settings interface. The settings include General, Silent, Meeting and Outdoor. Can you hear any sounds when you connect a set of earphones to the tablet?
