my phone is samsung galay j2 model number is SM-J200G THE PROBLEM IS THAT MY PHONE IS USED 7 GB FROM OUT OF 8 GB I CANT USE MY PHONE PROPERLY. WHEN I READ THE SPECIFICATION OF THE PHONE IT USES AROUND 3.4 GB SO WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?
Because of formatting, and what is used for the OS. The amount of physical memory installed is 8 GB, but you lose a few hundred megabytes due to formating, and a gigabyte or two for the OS. This is true of all storage devices. Totally normal. The rest of the free storage is used for apps, games, music etc. Luckily, that phone has an sd card slot so you can add more memory with this. Do you have a lot of apps ? Or pictures or music on the phone. They all take up space . Get yourself a micro sd card and move your stuff there and free up the internal memory. Hope this helps
I have a 8gb galaxy on5 and there is 4. Something gb used in my system memory in my internal storage, there is gotta be a way to delete whats in that system memory, no matter how many times i reset my phone
