Whenever I try to play music through the tablet’s speakers there is loud white noise in the background, and the audio cuts in and out.

I have a note 2 and everytime i touch the screen or play music or watch a video it makes a popping noise and doesnt stop until the music or video stops then it keeps going for a couple of seconds.
