My sound works on everything else except when I make calls. For the other person to be able to hear me in a phone call I have to put my phone on speaker but when it’s on speaker I can’t hear them. So it’s really hard to make calls but it’s strange because I literally have NO issue with sound on anything else.
Test the microphone using voice memos, if there is completely no recording shown via tapping at the two microphone ports at the bottom left and bottom right then the charging port assembly (which has the microphones on them) needs to be replaced.
