Chosen Solution
Please help. My sons PS4 turned off by itself after the screen glitched. On turning it back on, it got to homescreen and glitched and turned itself off yet again. Its done it 3 times since and said the console wasnt turned off properly. Now it wont turn on at all? Should i just get Sony to fix it? Its only 2 1/2 years old and he has lots saved on it plus i bought games on there rather than the discs
its possible that the apu chip has gone faulty or the power supply
