My Vizio e550i-b2 screen went black w/ sound. I replaced all the component boards in the tv, and now my picture is messed up. I did 2 factory resets to no avail. The tv is not even 2 years old.
@edg81 could be main board issue as well as a panel issue. Since you replaced all the boards, try to replace the mainboard with the one you had and see if it changes. Consider contacting the vendor and ask for a replacement. Worst case scenario would be a bad panel. Also, let us know if the onboard menu has a red tone as well and try other inputs and see if that makes a difference.
