When I put the sheild conector on it’s stays black but when I unplug it my phone turns back on!
Are you talking about that home button metal plate with extension cable? If phone refuses to turn on properly with that plugged in then that part is faulty and needs to be replaced. Otherwise the home button could have been bad instead (but it’s rare for this to cause the issue instead of the home button extension cable).
make sure you are putting the screws in the correct place and do not over tighten them
