Chosen Solution
Im fixing an LG 55lf6000-ub and after replacing the LED strips and putting everything back together, the screen is doing some funky things. In some areas of the screen, there is a slightly green and ghosting effect that will keep the image for 15 seconds or so. This happens everywhere accept one 1/2 foot line at the top. There is also some light that will bleed from the right side and slowly fade away into the bottom corner. I unplugged the ribbon cables from everywhere i could imagine, including running the screen without connection to the tcon board, causing a white, red, blue, green pattern that still had lines and faded over to the right. Im not convinced that the screen is broken. So what might it be?
@nham919 looks like issues with the driver board, which is part of your panel, or the main board (less likely). You can try and replace the main board of course and see if that makes a difference
