Why is my screen black but everything else works. I can turn it on an the sound works. If plugged in either the red light for not charged r the blue for charged works the volume up an down works just can’t see nothing on the screen. Wasn’t dropped in water. It fell out my hand. But the screen isn’t broke r cracked any where’s can u help me
Use this guide to disconnect then reseat the screen cable, and test again. If you still have no image, then you need a new screen assembly.
