Is it normal for the part shown by the allow to be cold while the fridge is running
From what I can see, that is the suction line. That should be cold, and condensation is normal. Also called sweating because that’s what it looks like the pipe is doing. That line is where the low pressure refrigerant from the evap coil returns to the compressor.
