Sometimes the bios of my laptop detects the amount of RAM I have 4 GB and other times as 8 GB when in fact I have installed 8 GB of RAM. Could someone pls help me?
Hi, Try reseating the memory card. Here’s a link to the user manual for your laptop, taken from this webpage. Scroll to p.82 to view how to access the module (note the pre-requisite steps) and to remove/replace (i.e. reseat) the module. Download and run a free memory test program to check if there are any problems with the memory module.
Hi there, i asume it could be because of MHz of your rams. Check motherboard/computers manual, it should tell you supported tipes of rams
