my ps4 is shutting off randomly without giving any message. When I turned on console, it has no error messages, just message that the PS4 was not turned off properly like someone unplugged AC power cord. I also have the latest firmware and latest game update. Also it does not give any overheating error. My power supply is fully OK.i kept it in a ventilated place but no solution .i am using this console for two years . any solutions plz it will be very helpful.
Hi Arvid, Please check your powerbrick it might have got damaged. Ask your friend who has a PS4 and test your console with his powerbrick and see if it solves the issue. If the problem persists get your console checked out for any damage inside.Hope this helps!!.
