my phone was displaying a loading sign as if it was dying for an hour then i force restarted it (held home and power button for 30 seconds) and it worked to get me off that screen , but now my screen is white with the black apple logo and its been an hour and not turning back on. its stuck on that screen and wont go off . i tried to charge it and that doesn’t work. someone please help i just got this phone
A lot of things could be causing this problem. My fear is that there is a logic board issue at play. If you just got this phone, you should consider contacting the seller immediately to see if you have any options or recourse. It sounds like this phone has some history and you shouldn’t be the one to have to deal with it.
