Chosen Solution
My phone froze randomly, so I turned it off and then on again. Then it got stuck on the turning on screen, with the pulsating Samsung logo. I tried to turn it off again and charging it, but nothing happened. It’s been doing that for two and a half hours. I know it can’t be because it’s old because I got it like three months ago.
Ok this is what you do cuz this happened to me press and hold the power button and volume down button at the same time and that will do a hard reset without deleting your data
