My phone is old (about 3 years old) and recently started glitching out at 20% - 40%,And then the battery gets drained,The only way that its stops if it a charge it for a while,it keeps happening and i want it to stop,btw this is the closest phone I could find that match my phone ,My model is SM-G550T1 phone
Hi, Start by replacing the battery as it may be failing. Even rechargeable batteries have a lifespan. Replacement batteries - example only are not that expensive. Just search online for Samsung SM-G550T1 battery to get results for suppliers that suit you. Here’s the owner manual On p.4 -5 it shows how to install the battery.
