LG Stylo 1 wont turn on and it turn on putt goes to the charging screen then off and its says it is water damage but i never put it in water
LG had some issues with that on other models as well. Try a temporary fix by clearing all the apps caches under Settings and under Storage and under Internal Storage and under Cached Data. Also hold Volume up, down and power button at the same time for some time until it reboots. Turn off the notifications by click holding on the notification pop-up. See if that helps. Let us know what the exact message is that your phone displays.
