If I reset my phone will it fixed it?the phone is only 10 days old..is this common for it to happen and how are some ways to try and fix it
Get the phone replaced under warranty. This is a hardware issue. Usually from the charger port.
I ran into this problem for the first time today. Went back in and checked all my connections. I found that the charging port was only partially connected to the motherboard. Made the adjustment and this took care of the problem.
