Chosen Solution
When I click the turn on button the vivo logo appears but it doesn’t continue working and the logo keeps appearing. I’ve removed the sd cards and sim cards too but it still doesn’t work.
Melody styles , There is a possibility that it is a corrupt App,software issue and from forums I have read a factory reset could solve the issue. Link below has instructions for hard/factory reset Good luck. If incorrect model, use your model and search for factory reset.
