hi there i am wanting to know how to turn my blackout phone back on it had overheated while i was on the internet and blacked out wont charge cos fully charged it has cooled down and still wont turn on any ideas
your phone overheated during charging and now will not work. The battery could be going bad, overheating is usually a short somewhere on the logic board. A reputable shop should be able to open the phone and ensure your battery is going bad, charging port is functioning and provide a diagnosis. The charging system of the phone has board level components that microsoldering techs have been know to repair.
