My iPhone 6 is not working. when i try and press on something, a square or a circle pops up and the phone does not respond. How do I fix this?????
Have you tried connecting your phone to an iTunes enabled computer and if so, does the computer recognize the phone? Can you post a picture of what the screen is displaying? Unfortunately, you’re description is a little vague and doesn’t give me much to work on. Perhaps you could explain a little bit of the history of the device and what happened leading up to the failure. For example, was the phone repaired or dropped or perhaps it came into contact with water/liquid. If the phone is not recognized by iTunes, then you may have a logic board issue but that becomes harder to troubleshoot. Let us know more and I can offer more ideas.
