my phone fell down sometimes back, cracked the screen but was still working,had no issues untill a week later it went off completely but when i connect it in wall socket it keeps on turning on just showing the apple logo then goes off again and the process loops.i have followed some advises that i restore it in DFU mode,which i have done but as the process is finishing on itunes an error 4013 pops and the phone goes back to showing the itunes logo.does it mean it has a hardware problem or its just the software.what do i need to do?
iTunes restore error 4013 points to a hardware problem. The NAND memory flash chip either needs to be reprogrammed or reballed (micro-soldering work) in order to fix this issue.
