i use windows 7 operating system. i have a sony 16 GB pendrive. whenever i open it,it asks for formatting and does not open. and when i try to format the pendrive,afte some seconds comes the message – ‘‘windows was unable to complete the format" .i want to use the pendrive but i can’t.please suggest some way to format the pendrive and use it.
If you are still unable to format, there could be problem with the thumbdrive, if it is still under warranty, send in for replacement. depending on your country…. Storage Media 1 to 10 years written on packaging Carry-in Service Purchase receipt required
