I need my warranty honored, but all Im getting is a run around of numbers for sweepstakes and so-called special offer that I dont want. I need a viable warranty support number and an actual Human to speak with.
you should just open it and check the solder joints, if they are bad solder them back up, if the port is damaged order one on eBay
